Dr. Betty Mitchell brings forth over 25 years of senior management experience with a Fortune 500 corporation. She is the recipient of numerous community and corporate awards for her outstanding Leadership including several President Club Awards.

She has led over 2,000 employees in the areas of Customer Services and Delightment, Profit and Revenue growth; Requisite Career Skills and Human Resource Management as well as Change Management and Transitional Skills.

Additionally, Dr. Betty Mitchell is a corporate leadership training consultant helping numerous corporate and non-profit organizations in reaching their desired business objectives.


The Honorable Orlando A. Prescott

Judge Orlando A. Prescott received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida in 1984.

After graduating, Judge Prescott began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida under the supervision of former United States Attorney General Janet Reno. He served in the office for almost seven-years during which he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases including homicide cases and supervised other attorneys in the felony division.

In 1991, Judge Prescott left the State Attorney’s Office to accept the position of Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida where he prosecuted criminal cases. Then in 1999, Judge Prescott was promoted to the position of Deputy Chief of the Major Prosecutions Unit where he was responsible for the supervision of Assistant United States Attorneys and the administration of office and Department of Justice policies. During his tenure as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Judge Prescott was called upon numerous times to teach other Assistants United States Attorneys in the area of criminal law both locally and at the National Advocacy Center in South Carolina.

In July of 2000, Judge Prescott was appointed to a judicial seat in the County Court in and for Miami-Dade County. As a County Court Judge, Judge Prescott presided over both civil and criminal cases. Those cases ranged from criminal misdemeanors, landlord tenant evictions, domestic violence injunctions, small claims, personal injury protection, assault /battery, possession of marijuana, criminal traffic offenses, DUIs, and domestic violence.

In October of 2005, Judge Prescott was appointed to a Circuit Court seat in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County. As a Circuit Judge, Judge Prescott has sat in the criminal and juvenile divisions. He presently presides over a juvenile delinquency caseload. He also conducts juvenile drug court and serves as the Administrative Judge of the juvenile division.

Judge Prescott is currently a faculty member of the Florida Judicial College and a presenter at Advance Judicial Studies. Judge Prescott serves his community as a board member of The Greater Miami Service Corps.; advisory board member of DFYIT( Drug Free Youth In Town) and board member of the Children’s Trust. He keeps busy by participating in any cause devoted to the development and education of our youth.


Pastor Inger Hanna

A recording artist of national prominence, Hanna humbly regards herself as a mere worshipper. At her home church, Theos’ Family Church in Miami Gardens, Florida, Inger began in music as part of the praise and worship team. It was this experience that led Hanna to understand more perfectly the true meaning and magnitude of ministry. The impact of Inger’s music ministry was catapulted to new heights upon completion of her debut album, “He’s My Everything,” which received nominations in three categories from the prestigious Stellar Awards. The dynamic sounds of her authentically powerful voice have distinguished her as a vocal exemplar. Inger Hanna has been classed with gospel greats such as Yolanda Adams and CeCe Winans. Beyond a doubt, however, she is forging her own unique path with an anointing and expression all her own.

Inger has made appearances on TBN, The WORD Network, and BET. She has shared the stage with a host of distinguished artists, including: Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Yolanda Adams, Earnest Pugh, Vanessa Bell Armstrong and Jessica Reedy (Sunday Best), to name a few. As well, she served as host and narrator of the “Black History Gospel Tribute,” a nationally syndicated program that broadcast in 200 markets. No stranger to the microphone, Hanna has hosted corporate, church and social events, in addition to her role as former Co-host on 99 Jamz Sunday Morning Inspirationally Yours for five years.

Her experiences as songstress and host have been a natural segue onto the stage within the theatrical domain. For Inger, the stage is a welcoming venue for expanding the gifts of God through acting. She has worked with Angela Barrow Dunlap in “Real Men Pray,” starred in “What is This World Coming To” at The West Angeles Theater, “Sinking Sand” with Drama On The Reel Productions and “Loose Lips” with Golden Touch Productions.

With an extensive performance portfolio that comprises a CD release, radio and television appearances, hosting, voice-overs, acting and an upcoming live recording, Inger Hanna bears solid credentials as a stellar media and stage personality. More importantly, she is divinely prepared to compel men to Christ, through the deliberate use of her gifts. Lady Crystal M. Coffee

Lady Crystal Coffee has dedicated her life to loving and serving the Lord. For nearly 8 years, she served as the First Lady of the First Timothy Missionary Baptist Church in Newark, NJ. Today, as a former first lady, Crystal is entering a new phase in her journey, and she pours her life into her daughters, Destiny and Trinity, and to the call of God on her life. For the past 13 years Crystal has been employed by Horizon Casualty Services, a subsidiary of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ where she’s received several promotions. Her current position is a Data Analyst within the Network Services Unit.


Taydra Mitchell-Jackson

Taydra Mitchell-Jackson is an intercessor and woman of God with a heart for God’s people. Lovingly referred to as the “Princess of Prayer”. Taydra served as the head of the Women’s Ministry at Abundant Life Family Worship Church (New Brunswick, NJ), under the leadership of Bishop George and Lady Mary Searight, where she was privileged to oversee key initiatives to empower women in the church and community, including bringing the issue of domestic violence to the forefront. She also serves as a Board Member for Healing of the Heart Ministries.

Angela is a graduate of Carver Bible College in Atlanta, GA. In 2007, she earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies.

Angela has a deep passion and burden for the lost. She has an anointing on her life to teach and equip others on how to effectively win the lost. Angela’s intention in life is to use her faith in God and compassion for all mankind to live each day to the fullest, while giving God the glory. She also strives to celebrate life, champion excellence, and convey honesty to all she comes in contact with.


Kathy M. Ervin

Kathy is a bold Minister licensed to preach the Gospel December 15, 1996 in Miami, Florida at Mt Nebo Missionary Baptist Church under Pastor Emanuel Whipple, Sr. She walks in the anointing to teach the Body of Christ how to LIVE in the WILL of GOD and experience total life prosperity!

Her Mantra is to illuminate the mind of young women understand how their “Behavior, Attitude, Appearance and Motivation” (BAAM) shape their destiny! She coordinates Spiritual Boot Camps, Retreats, Shut-Ins and Revivals.

She was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia, but raised in Miami, Florida in a GOD first – GOD fearing home. She’s the fifth child of eight blessed to Della M. Ervin & the late Euther C. Ervin, Sr.

She’s a Member of Open Word Christian Ministries, Incorporate in Fairburn, Georgia under Pastor Gary K. Taylor, Sr. She’s spiritually employed as an Intercessor, Leader of (S.H.I.N.E.) Singles’ Ministry and Teacher of New Members. She’s a SOLD OUT prayer warrior and vessel of honor with Virtue, Influence and Power (VIP) dedicated to the Kingdom of God.

She’s building her Brand and Enterprise “BE YOU; Brand YOU” under the guiding scripture: Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW creature; OLD things are passed away; behold all things are become new! 2 Corinthians 5:17

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University and has received numerous performance, leadership, community service and speaking Certificates and Awards!

She’s ever mindful that “actions speak louder than words”. Therefore, she lives by the Word of God and makes it the final authority!

Last, but not least, she’s served Xerox Corporation for 19+ years mastering the areas of recruiting, staffing and people development. She’s one of four dynamic Customer Resource Managers who operate in excellence that others look to for instruction, guidance and support!

Mrs. LaRita Reid is an experienced project manager and community activist with nearly three decades of experience in event planning and meeting coordination; community, outreach and civic activism; family and child advocacy; and religious and ministerial services to women and youth.

Elder Rodney James

Elder Rodney B. James was called as Senior Pastor/ Teacher of the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church of South Miami Inc on August 15, 2011 and was duly installed in October of 2011 as the ninth pastor of Mount Olive. Pastor James is an extraordinary preacher, an enlighten teacher, a prophetic visionary, dynamic leader and a divine example of a Godly. He believes “We who have the God kind of faith, call those things that be not as though they were.” .

His dedication, hard work and expertise have earned him much recognition. In addition, Pastor James works with several boards and committees, in the city of South Miami and Miami – Dade County. Pastor James also serves as President of the South Miami, Concerned Clergy & Citizens Coalition, Member of the South Miami Hospital Community Relations Board as well as Chaplin of the South Miami Police Department and Vice President of the Florida East Coast Baptist Association Union South Division. Before becoming pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church of South Miami Inc, Pastor James was the Senior Pastor of the Mount Hermon Missionary Baptist Church Bishopville, SC where he served faithfully for more than 13 years. While there he served as Co-Chair of the Lee County Race Relations Board, Chaplin of the Lee County Sheriff’s Department. Chair of Lee County Recreations Committee, President of the Lee County Concerned Clergy, Member of the County Planing Commission, Member of the South Carolina Legislature Taskforce On Gang Legislation, Founder of the Mount Hermon Community Development Corporation, which operated a Community Food Bank, Clothing Ministry. After School Program for at Risk Teens, Taught Financial Planning and Management classes, and Fixed and Repaired Dilapidated Housing in Impoverished Communities.

Lonnie Lawrence Law Enforcement

I was born and raised in the Overtown area of Miami Fla, graduated from Historic Booker T. Washington High, and after graduation I moved to Washington DC to take a position with the FBI in the Fingerprint Correspondence Section. While working at the Bureau I enlisted in the US Marine Corps where I spent 3 1/2 years with various assignments to include overseas, Cuba and stateside. Upon discharge from the Marine Corps in 1968 I joined the Dade County Sheriffs Department which later became the Miami Dade Police Department.

During my 30 years with Miami Dade I held several positions to include Police Officer, Police Sergeant, Police Commander, Major/District Commander. I also held several other positions namely Assistant Director Of Housing, Director of the Miami Dade Department of Corrections and Director of Operations at Miami International Airport. Upon my retirement in 1997 I spent 6years as Director of Special Operations for the Office of Former Congressman Kendrick Meek.

I have a BS in Professional Management and a graduate of the Harvard School of Government and the University of Northwestern School of Staff and Command. Currently involved with several community and civic organizations too include FBI Miami CAAA, The Miami Coalition, NOBLE, Miami Gardens Citizen Advisory Committee and The Greater Miami Service Corps.


Captain Kevin Granville

In August of 1992, Captain Kevin Granville began his law enforcement career with the Broward Sheriff’s Office after serving as the agency’s first college intern. Shortly after working road patrol in the South Broward district, he was selected to serve on the countywide Street Crimes Unit. After three years he transferred to the Lauderdale Lakes district where he served on the district’s Selective Enforcement Team, road patrol, and Motor Unit.

In March of 2000, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and assigned to the Dania Beach district and then to the School Resource Unit. In 2004, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and assigned to the Pompano Beach district, first as a shift lieutenant and later as the executive officer for Area 2. In June of 2010, he was assigned as the Acting Chief and later Executive Officer for the Deerfield Beach district. He was promoted to the rank of Captain in 2011, and assigned as the Area 2 captain in Pompano Beach. In 2012, he was selected to serve the City of Dania Beach as the district captain.

Captain Granville is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute’s Administrative Officers Course. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Bethune Cookman-University and is currently serving as the President for the NOBLE South Florida Chapter.
